MFC financed a BMW 330i M sport, the vehicle has been having coolent issues before the 6 months was over, but when I wrote an email they ignored the fact that the problem existed within the 6 months, the consultant did not care he obviously wanted me as a client to pay for damages. I ended up taking 120k loan from Nedbank to fix a problem that was created by them turning a blind eye to a problem that I had with Kia Boksburg. So basically individuals pay while big dealership and big institutions don’t want to take responsibility. They don’t follow their own rules & policies. Ordinary people end up in debts because of big institutions like banks, big dealerships like Kia and Liquid Capital fold their arms.
They basically declined the claim to pay for ceased engen, saying I was careless whereas the warranty covers a certain amount for engen & parts. They did not pay I ended up paying 150 out of my own pocket to fix the engen for BMW which I bought at Kia, the engen ceased within 6 months and the car is financed by MFC.
I bought a BMW 3 series M sport , within 6 months the car has been having coolent issues until the engen ceased, the dealership blamed the warranty they just wanted the 6 months to be over so I couldn’t return the vehicle. Liquid capital (Warranty) came up with every excuse in the book not to pay. I e-mailed Mfc explaining that the car has been having coolent issues even before the 6 months, but they ignored, did not show any interest at all, the consultant did not want to hear any reason. I have pictures on dash as proof to show that the problem existed prior to the 6 months but I guess at the end of the day big institutions don’t want to take any responsibility. The car was sold to me with a broken housing when the wheels turn you can basically see holes to the front lights which makes the car look old. When the vehicle was advertised it was advertised as 2016 but it’s actually 2015. When the vehicle was towed it was starting but we were surprised when BMW Bedfordview informed us the vehicle won’t start. So we were told the engen ceased. When I first viewed the vehicle the price was 300k but when I went to buy a week later I was told the price increased by 30k. Eventually I paid 330k for 2015 BMW advertised as 2016,
