Very bad service form Quinton in Used Car Sales. Quinton is unhelpful with my complaints listed. There was a list of stuff needed to be done on the used Kia H100 in June 2024, we bought before collection- we gave him extra days to have it done, only to discover it was not done when we arrived at the dealer to collect the Kia. He was still running around to get a spare wheel fitted to the bakkie. Central locking that was promised was not installed as promised, service was not done. He wasted my day - it took me from 8am till 13h00 to take delivery of the Kia. After delivery I picked up more problems on Kia. Kia is pulling to the side, radio not working and few other problems. I sent Quinton an email and he ignored my email. After my wife called him he claimed that I sent emails to his work colleagues, but the email address I used was provided by Quinton. I have been struggling for almost a month to get a proper answer from him I am fed up to struggle with Quinton and need some assistance from his manager to get my Kia sorted!!! I bought a BMW 3 series M sport , within 6 months the car has been having coolent issues until the engen ceased, the dealership blamed the warranty they just wanted the 6 months to be over so I couldn’t return the vehicle. Liquid capital (Warranty) came up with every excuse in the book not to pay. I e-mailed Mfc explaining that the car has been having coolent issues even before the 6 months, but they ignored, did not show any interest at all, the consultant did not want to hear any reason. I have pictures on dash as proof to show that the problem existed prior to the 6 months but I guess at the end of the day big institutions don’t want to take any responsibility. The car was sold to me with a broken housing when the wheels turn you can basically see holes to the front lights which makes the car look old. When the vehicle was advertised it was advertised as 2016 but it’s actually 2015. When the vehicle was towed it was starting but we were surprised when BMW Bedfordview informed us the vehicle won’t start. So we were told the engen ceased. When I first viewed the vehicle the price was 300k but when I went to buy a week later I was told the price increased by 30k. Eventually I paid 330k for 2015 BMW advertised as 2016,

My terrible experience with KIA Boksburg; Good day Hope you are well, URGENT ATTENTION!! This email serves as a complaint email regarding my Brand New 2022 Kia K2700. The vehicle was bought in November 2022 from sales representative Dylan from Kia East Rand . The vehicle was driven by myself since November 2022, after filling up for the first time with a full tank of Diesel I noticed I was only getting 398km from the full tank with driving it in the reserve tank 15km. My thoughts were the vehicle was brand new so maybe it needed to wear in . I proceeded to drive it filling up another x3 times after with full tank , realizing that the vehicle is still only doing 398 km per full tank . I had now driven roughly 1500km . When my wife went to collect the number plates and license disc on the 2nd December 2022 , she reported the terrible diesel consumption to Dylan who was our sales representative of sale on this vehicle. Dylan then reported it to the service workshop one of the gentleman said "cause the vehicle is new its still got to wear in" . So we proceeded to drive the vehicle a further +-1500km only to find out that the diesel consumption is still terrible at +-398km to a full tank. I then sent Dylan a message reporting that I am not happy with the Kia K2700 diesel consumption as when I bought the vehicle Dylan stated " diesel consumption on the Kia is approximately +-9-10 ltrs to 100km ". He then reported it to the workshop and they said we should fill up x3 times and record the km each time of filling up , which we done so and noticed each time we only do +-399km on a full tank. (Keeping in mind this should be a 60-63ltr tank) . I phoned Dylan once I had all x3 slips with km reported on , and he said "I should speak to the service department to book it in for assessment " On the 15th February 2023 @ 07:10am I booked it in for a as*****t at Kia East Rand workshop , they advised me I will get a call later that day when the vehicle is ready and I never received No call! On the 16th February 2023 I called the service department the receptionist said the service lady will call me back this morning ,NEVER received NO call , I called again in the afternoon eventually getting through to service lady Amelia ,she said " she needs to check with workshop what is going on" , she will call me back . Later in the Afternoon Amelia called saying " the diagnostic machine is saying that there is a issue with the fuel sending unit so they have ordered it , it will be ready tomorrow 17th February 2023 , i then asked "HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE, CAUSE IT IS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE?? Amelia responded "it is a manufacturer problem". On the 17th February 2023 I had not heard back from Amelia regarding my vehicle, so I called Dylan explaining everything to him he said "he will go up there to service department and see what's goin on." Later I received a call from Amelia saying "they are busy fitting the part she will call me when it goes to wash bay". Later in the Afternoon I received a call from Amelia saying " the vehicle is ready for collection " I collected the vehicle at around 16:45pm , requesting a full report and conclusion as to what the problem was , Amelia gave me a report/cost of parts which was fitted. Today the 22nd February 2023 , the vehicle is approaching to go onto reserve tank and I notice the km's are on 310km driven from full tank ,which indicates to me there has been no difference from when I brought the vehicle into Kia East Rand on the 15th February 2023 to repair the fault of manufacture until now. This now is affecting my buisness as this is a work vehicle so everytime I have to bring the vehicle in to Kia for them to try and find the problem, I am loosing money everyday this vehicle is not at work!!! Not only am I loosing money by this vehicle been in at Kia but loosing money everytime I need to fill up diesel as I am only getting 398km on a full tank. When buying a vehicle I decided to buy a Brand New Vehicle so that I wouldn't have any problems , I am now having more problems!!! I need Kia to come to the party and provide me with a permanent solution to this issue , as well as reimburse me for all lost diesel as I do not think this is fair for the customer to be suffering from a manufacturers fault! I have attached the report supplied by Kia, aswell as the x3 diesel slips with km recordings. I hope this matter will be regarded as a urgent matter , and I look forward to your response. ___________________________________________________________ Reply there after Dear Greg Apologies for the wait. We have been up and down with technical. We have sent through the concern as per your email below. They have come back to us as the fuel consumption on the bakkie estimation is done on special test conditions. They have also advised that the fuel consumption will vary from circumstances such as different loads on the Van and the canopies fitted to the vehicle. As per technical KIA SA the spec of 9 km/l is only an indication. I have also addressed the issue with Amelia with regards to the service you have received and from our side I sincerely apologise for that as it was a bit of an uncontrollable issue, but we will stive to get the standard back to normal. I have tried all avenues with the concern, if you are not satisfied with the report from Technical, please address the issue with Kia Sa as they have more authority over the technical department. I don't even know where to begin to express my dissatisfaction with our recent sale at Kia.We bought a pre-owned VW Golf 7 GTD through a sales agent Michael Denke 3 weeks ago. On the day of the collection of the vehicle we had difficulty starting the car, he assured us that everything was okay.The very next day, I got stuck taking the kids to school with the car and it showed alot of error messages on the dashboard, we called Michael and he requested us to bring the vehicle in and my husband and I took the vehicle back. He went and bought a battery and returned the vehicle to us. The very next day, it took about 20 seconds for the vehicle to start, we still called him regarding that and every time he told us he would speak to his manager and revert back to us which he never did, because we constantly had to call him and follow up. As i was driving sometime last week the car had a kick and the speed immediately reduced and there was an EPC error message on the dashboard. The rev count was not reading correctly and when i tried accelerating the car made a lot of noise.I immediately drove to VW and asked them to diagnose the vehicle for me, upon checking they picked up that the battery that was fitted on the car is not an original battery for this specific VW hence the issues and this also affected the start and stop function. We immediately called Michael, this was last week Tuesday, till to date we have been calling and he is ducking and diving expectedly so, he made a sale and guess what the car is no longer his problem. I honestly regret buying a VW vehicle from Kia, it was my first ever experience with Kia and thought it was a reputable dealership but the experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I haven't celebrated nor told people about buying a car, because the question is which one? The parked one, the problematic one! If my issues are not sorted out by today, unfortunately i'll be left with no choice but to return the car and call Standard bank to cancel the deal. I'll go look for a vehicle elewhere.

I bought a vehicle 2021 Kia Seltos 1.5MT last year June the 12TH, the license disc expired in May 2022, where I went to post office to renew it, when i get there they ask me about GEORGE, cause my vehicle its not registered with my name NC Ralethe and the registration its the same as the one I'm currently using for GP, it is CAW----- no, as per the post office they couldn't assist to renew the disc, Then i called the Sales Person Leonard 064 533 8898, to explain what im experiencing when trying to renew the disc, the answer from him was attitude and he sad he does not understand what in talking about, i went to Langlaagte testing station on saturday the 12Th of June to renew the disc there, i got the same story that the vehicle its not registered in my name, i had to proof my self that the vehicle is is mine, i had to spend the whole day fix all the dealerships fraud that the did with my car, the testing department had to provide the new registration number and deactivvate the current registration number Its a year now that im trying the vehicle that it is not registered on my name but im paying installment every month, im scared and traumatized to drive my car cause im not sure what happening cause im paying installment every month this is a fraud, can the kia in Boksburg this matter as matter of urgency before the further steps taken, I'm currently in a trauma, i cannot continue to pay the vehicle that it is not registered in my name, there was a road block where they ask me about George and the threatened if i do not fix the papers of my vehicle they take the vehicle cause does not belong to me, I'm in tears and disappointed with the sales person and Kia Boksburg, what was gonna happen if i had a roadblock when driving this vehicle this is a bad service that i receive after a year knowing that the vehicles does not belong to me but somebody else
