I have foned experian numerous times they don't pick up,telephone keeps on ringing my credit score has been the same since few years back and I don't understand as it is affecting my daily life I've settled accounts that was in arrears bt no change at all this is poor service from their side and no explanation is given.

Dissapointed customer
I cancelled my services due to it not working they sent a email saying me refund will be paid in7 days I'm still waiting really disappointed by their service.

I foned them for a paid up letter for my capfin account their consultants are rude and you now have to wait for feedback from them which they don't reply still waiting really oor service for a paid up letter of account already settled
