3 months back I went with my brother to collect his car there because he took it in for service. While I was there I decided to enquire about my book since well it was giving me issues. The guy that assisted knew exactly what was wrong with the car and he was correct because this was the part I have been having issues with. But due to financial constraints I couldn't fix the boot. Then I make an appointment, took my car in for boot fixing. The following day just after they fixed my boot, the boot could not open until today. Its on and off. I went there to try and explain to them my challeng only to find out that they have replaced the wrong part , I honestly didnt have energy to argue because I could see that they really failed to do their job. Week passed by and the problem continued, I called them to try to talk to their service manager. I was told that the service manager is busy and they took my numbers and said he will call me back. Until today I haven't received any call from the service manager. I was told that I need to replace the part again and pay again, which I feel like it unfair because they decided to replace a wrong part.

I would like to share my disappointing experience yet again. I have already logged my complaint and expected this to be treated as an urgent matter but PMD is taking its time. He is what happenedafter the accident everything went very well I was happy with the wY they handled my claim. They chose a penalbeater for me somewhere in Rivonia I took my car the for assessment. They scheduled the date a month late saying they are currently very busy. Then i wainted.Then, after a month of waiting I was told by PMD they have change the panelbeater for me and I have to take it to Royal penalbeater. I did take my car there there was no assessment done but I trusted that my insurance will obviously choose the best service providers. When my Car came back there were lots of things bot functioning. Some where not properly fixed and I had to take my car back. I spend the whole day there waiting for them to finish. But up on my arrival when I got home, I realized that the boot is still not fixed, and it is now worse. Some clips are wven broken. it's a mess. I feel like this is not been taken serious and the boot is my getting worse. I thought I'd get a call for any update but nothing. Honestly I feel like PMD is not taking this matter serious. They don't even want to organize a car for me should the panel better decides to take my car. I feel like this is so unfair.
PMD is not taking my issue serious. My car is very bad after i took it to the penalbeater. Their Q& A is bad.I called PMD yesterday to notify them even ster i took my car back to the penalbeater it is still not fix properly. I was told that someone from the legal dept will be in touch until today no one contacted me. I trusted PMD but i am not happy with the way they are handling this.
