I was not sure if the same service level would apply if I only wanted to make changes/ corrections to my existing policy. BUT I was treated with professionalism and courtesy to correct and given assistance to ensure that I was happy with the wordings. Thank you for that. Regards

Poor communication
I bought a car from the dealership, but it was delivered without the Backboard for the boot. Salesman promised to have it delivered but it did not happen. Then the Sales Manager promised he will solve it within a week. 3 weeks later and still no Backboard.
