I placed an order with this company through their website since that is the only way to order. I paid for 3to5 days delivery. Up until this day they haven't delivered my order. No communication on WhatsApp, they don't pick up my calls, they don't communicate through emails. My R330 is gone. If they can't deliver may I please have my hard earned money. I trusted them because I wanted to use their product. Please help to get my money back finish and klaar

Bad restaurant to order from.people shouldn't waste their time. They are even playful
The worst experience I received from this restaurant. I am so dissapointed and I am still waiting for my refund. I spent R280 and till this day I didn't get my money back. I placed an order for 5 dunked buckets of 1. Firstly the order took time to arrive and by the time it came it was totally wrong. I received 4 streetwise 2 paps. The slip on the packaging was of my order yet inside it was totally different. I called them about this and the guy on the phone first said my order is with them, they mistakenly swapped slips. Then he asked if there's anything I can do which was none cause I stay far to go get it as he stated that the drivers have already left. He then asked to hang up so he can ask the manager on what to do. A few minutes later he called back and said they will cancel the order and get me a refund and that I should use the wrong order. I asked him if they sure about everything and he said yes. Until this day no refund..when I call them using my number they don't answer but if someone else calls on my behalf with a different number they answer.. If this is how they treat customers then wow. Can I just get my money back and I will never ever order from them.

Useless emergency number and their agents
112 is the worst emergency services ever. You can actually hear from the calmness of the agents that they do not take emergencies serious. We called them for a serious issue. We had someone sick at home. Called them for them to tell us "oh, no ambulance is out yet, they are not available" what the hell? Not available.. How does it happen that an ambulance is not available. Very odd.. We call again for them to hang up our calls. What are they saying exatly by ending our calls. Are they saying we can die they dont care.. If they are human enough they should understand the term emergency. You all useless.
