I asked for a refund as the delivery status is delivered and I have not received my order the lady was rude when I told her to have a resolution to reimburse my money I do not want that order it’s long over due.

The worst experience I received from this restaurant. I am so dissapointed and I am still waiting for my refund. I spent R280 and till this day I didn't get my money back. I placed an order for 5 dunked buckets of 1. Firstly the order took time to arrive and by the time it came it was totally wrong. I received 4 streetwise 2 paps. The slip on the packaging was of my order yet inside it was totally different. I called them about this and the guy on the phone first said my order is with them, they mistakenly swapped slips. Then he asked if there's anything I can do which was none cause I stay far to go get it as he stated that the drivers have already left. He then asked to hang up so he can ask the manager on what to do. A few minutes later he called back and said they will cancel the order and get me a refund and that I should use the wrong order. I asked him if they sure about everything and he said yes. Until this day no refund..when I call them using my number they don't answer but if someone else calls on my behalf with a different number they answer.. If this is how they treat customers then wow. Can I just get my money back and I will never ever order from them.

I have pleace an order from KFC via Uber eats and waited for 2 hours no show or any update.. I called the store I was promised the order is on the was till 3 hours later the order ended up being canceled, Sad part is they have deducted thd funds on my account and have not refunded I now feel like I'm being ****med by Both Uber Eats & KFC Meadowlands.. Can I please get my Refund. What a waste of my time and airtime of calling the store being promised then ending up now answering calls

Customer service is wack..my order has been saying “on its way for the past 30min the best next thing you will be receiving a call stating that there are no dunked wings .everything I call in they never have dunked wings ..I’m patiently awaiting for food that’s been making its way to me

The only reason why I'm giving a star is cause I have no choice but to. Bad service. I wouldn't be calling the store if I could track the order on the app. But it doesn't have that tracking option. Only that I need to call the store. When I call the store, they don't answer, they hang up, and when they do answer they put the phone aside... They continue talking to their friends on the side. Very disappointed.

I was assisted by a lady by the name of Mbali,she didn't give me my receipt after buying and when I went back for it it was already thrown in the bin and she claimed she wanted to give it but I had left and I was still by the drive through exit placing the drinks on the car holders as she said they don't have the cup holders.Their policy is written on the window saying if you are not given the receipt you get your meal for free but she refused to give my money back and just laughed at me when I told her I will take the matter to hello peter. when I got home the dunked wings I bought are short.Their service is appaling as they also keep clients waiting for way too long to get their food and no one even tells you what is causing the delay.
