Highly disappointed by Skynet South Africa. I made a Purchase on Shein date 10/12/2025 and was promised to get the goods delivered before the 28th... Well Shein kept their promise as by the 19th December 2025 the goods where already collected by the courier Skynet.. Since then when I do a follow up it says goods in transit.. 2 weeks now making follow up via telephone No response, via whatsapp also no clear answers as only chatting with AI and always says hold for an agent and no response... Well today when i logged on their portal it says parcel delivered successfully.. Of which I did not received anything... Worst I had plans for today but since i got the sms I had to cancel and wait for the courier which did not come or call to notify... So now i checked on their portal again n it says wrong address, funny coz its more than once using the address and they have always been delivering on the same address but today after keeping my goods for almost 3 weeks now the address is wrong. Seeing so much complains in 1 week with this company then why does Shein keep using this company? This is so.... Can please someone take action again Skynet please Advertising false info Their whatsapp No response Telephone No response They dont bother replying on Hello Peter Then why bother sending emails Buffalo logistics of which is used by Temu never disappoint and they always keep their clients updated.. But this Skynet will cost their clients business i guarantee
Bought Honor Honor X7b the total amount was worth 10k via Pay Joy..fine now problem but the issue is thst they Do not update my payments on ITC... Tried contactong them via contact numbers posted their number is not available u cant reach them.. Via customer chat online they representative are so clue less they dont know what is ITC or Credit Bearu so they cannot assist instead they telling about payment updated on they app only. NOW I CAN'T APPLY FOR ANY CREDIT ANYWHERE AS THEY SAY I'M NOT PAYING MY PAY JOY ACCOUNT FOR OVER 3 MONTH AS THEY NOT UPDATING... .
I have pleace an order from KFC via Uber eats and waited for 2 hours no show or any update.. I called the store I was promised the order is on the was till 3 hours later the order ended up being canceled, Sad part is they have deducted thd funds on my account and have not refunded I now feel like I'm being ****med by Both Uber Eats & KFC Meadowlands.. Can I please get my Refund. What a waste of my time and airtime of calling the store being promised then ending up now answering calls
