So disappointed with the call centre lady by the name of Boitumtlo Ref no:143152664 how do you expect a 76 year old to explain the matter on record wherelese I am failing to authentic myself on the app it says successfully verified then gives me an error to further login.she was not friendly at all such bad service there was no personal information being shared I was still explaining my problem she’s explaining how to pay a beneficiary and I have not got to that point yet.i can not even login direct to the app. I need resolution by Monday for such behaviour and I will gladly send this to the ombudsman aswell
I’m still waiting for my refund nobody is bothering to give me a call or heads up I’ve been calling the contact centre with no luck
My daughter and I called and spoke to the manger zandile motola who advised to escalate this matter and promised to return my call on my 0791395009 and didn’t I have authority that they speak to my daughter cause I feel they taking advantage of my age and me not being advanced to technology she didn’t return our call. The contact centre agent did not allow us to speak to any of the mangers all I ask for is my refund with immediate effect!
No sense of urgency over and above! I’m still awaiting feedback from them after they forwarded me a dirty parcel
To whom it may concern. I am dissatisfied with the customer service and disrespect from Truworths Braamfontein. I logged a complaint that my parcel was handed over to someone foreign with my information on receipt of parcel.I then requested the item to be delivered to me as I took the initiate to collect an order that was not there. The store manager called and advised she will deliver the parcel on Thursday after work I gladly agreed. She brought the parcel and asked me to confirm if it’s a right parcel I agreed however it’s dark when I walked in the house the collar and cuffs are stained gives me an impression this was worn by someone. The person who re-packaged this parcel did not bother to check if the dress is in good position to be handed over to the compliant being myself. I still need to find the nearest Truworths using my own fuel to do an exchange wherelese this could’ve been avoided. I urge Truworths to either compensate me with a voucher to get myself something or credit half price for these stains I can not afford to pay R750 for such a dress! I find this very disrespectful. Please provide training for your stuff not to act with emotions next time,the more damage they create and reflects a bad name for Truworths. Pictures will be provided upon request
I spoke to Kabanga mulunda on a Saturday advising her that I do not have any debit order with any company however I can see that MTN tried to debit my account R5000 and I did not authenticate/ authorise any debit order the lady started being impatient on the call and I advised her there’s no need I feel that it’s a *****ulent debit order and it’s leaving me on a minus she advised she will put a stop on it if I give permission and the fee is R90 I then asked how am I being charged wherelese I don’t have an option on the app to stop the debit order that I did not authorise. Because I was desperate I told her to go ahead and stop the debit. Tonight I see the very same beneficiary MTN tried debiting R2500 leaving me on a minus. She also advised I should call the service provider and so I did but they weren’t of assistance they don’t know the debit order. Can this matter be resolved stop unauthorised debit order and remove the minus I’m on!
I ordered a phone with Mondo however they tried delivering the phone but my fingerprints are dead. I called to ask for a manual way to sign for the phone they advised that the delivery guy will give me a call. I’m still waiting for a call mindue I’ve given permission for a debit order for a phone I don’t have.
Request no: 4039335 is not being answered rightfully they are quick to answer. They sent me a message to send my bank statement confirming that I’m the card holder and payjustnow account holder. They respond with check your app and limit!!! Doesn’t make sense
I’ve placed an order using the KFC app..order advised that it has been delivered within 5min of placing an order.i called the contact centre and asked to speak to the manager.I was given a manager by the name of Busisiwe however she was no help.she kept on saying there’s none they can do.I insisted on a voucher to place another order she advised that she doesn’t have voucher I then asked to speak to someone above she advised whoever who’s above her will give me a call in 2min I guess that was a way of getting rid of a hungry,irate client. Very disappointed with the kfc app.All I ask for is to be reimbursed my money!!!!
I asked for a refund as the delivery status is delivered and I have not received my order the lady was rude when I told her to have a resolution to reimburse my money I do not want that order it’s long over due.
