I bought meals at chicken Licken Eyethu mall (Mofolo) drive thru on the 17 April 2025,when I placed my order I was not asked if i am willing to wait for the chicken as they had just put it on the stove. When i got to the window to collect my order only then i was asked to park on the side to wait for my order of which they told me it will take 15 minutes.I expressed how i was not happy with that as they were supposed to tell me from the onset that i will have to wait for my order so that I can decide if i can wait or just go buy elsewhere,but i was just brushed off with a mere apology and I parked to the side. 45mins later I was still waiting for my order and cars that came after me kept coming and going and my order was still nowhere to be seen. I then asked the lady that was delivering orders to the other cars about my order and was told that she was not sure whose order it was so she was planning to give all the other cars their orders then will see from the car that's left whose order it was,the nerve. She went back inside and still took time to bring my order, as i was about to go inside the store manager (Ntando) comes to deliver my meal and when i complained to her she also brushed me off with an apology and said she has been watching my car on the camera and said she noticed that we got there while it was still early and saw that its now getting dark and only then she asked why am i not being assisted. She claims that her colleague Fikile told her that i did go inside and they told me they are waiting for the wings of which that never even happened. The manager(Ntando) then tells me that my order has been out all along ,so i guess they were waiting for me to go in and collect it myself and yet they said i must park aside and they will bring it to me, i guess i was supposed to prophecy that my order is ready. Ntando told me there is nothing she can do when i asked for compensation for the inconvenience and this was the 2nd incident from the same store. The 1st incident i was given an incomplete order and all my mini loaves for 5 meals were not included by the assistant manager Johnny and was promised will be given a call back to rectify the mistake and to date that has never happened. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Mbali,she didn't give me my receipt after buying and when I went back for it it was already thrown in the bin and she claimed she wanted to give it but I had left and I was still by the drive through exit placing the drinks on the car holders as she said they don't have the cup holders.Their policy is written on the window saying if you are not given the receipt you get your meal for free but she refused to give my money back and just laughed at me when I told her I will take the matter to hello peter. when I got home the dunked wings I bought are short.Their service is appaling as they also keep clients waiting for way too long to get their food and no one even tells you what is causing the delay. <p>I called woolies call centre from Jabulani Mall nd spoke to Juliana Snyders,she had such a stinking attitude, I asked her bout my normal nd closing balance nd wntd to know the difference between da 2 balances of which she couldn't explain clearly to me,she was rude,impatient nd didn't seem interested in assisting me.</p>
