I was assisted by a lady by the name of Mbali,she didn't give me my receipt after buying and when I went back for it it was already thrown in the bin and she claimed she wanted to give it but I had left and I was still by the drive through exit placing the drinks on the car holders as she said they don't have the cup holders.Their policy is written on the window saying if you are not given the receipt you get your meal for free but she refused to give my money back and just laughed at me when I told her I will take the matter to hello peter. when I got home the dunked wings I bought are short.Their service is appaling as they also keep clients waiting for way too long to get their food and no one even tells you what is causing the delay.
