Treatment that I received was so annoying. I came in for consultation and was referred to see a specialist and it was not loaded as I wasn't informed prior that I need to take the referral to reception to be loaded with my Medical aid. I was in so much pain. Spoke to my Medical Aid and I was given an option to request for an emergency authorization. I called the practice and they told me with so much confidence that they wont be able to make the call to the hospital because "they can't make outbound calls". Even though I explained my condition they had no care, empathy or whatsoever. I was told to send the referral or come back to the practice so it can be loaded. Then wait for authorization which will be approved within 2-3 working days. Stuff needs proper training on how to deal with patients in an emergency and provide accurate information. No apology, no thing. All I heard was how I was being blamed and excuses. I ended up going to casualty and paid money from my own pocket. Long story short, I am very disappointed.
I bought a double decker and it looked like a single. There was nothing on the bottom. It was so flat. Bought this at Eyethu shopping center in Soweto Mofolo. Filled with cheese and no topping. Very disappointed 👎
The only reason why I'm giving a star is cause I have no choice but to. Bad service. I wouldn't be calling the store if I could track the order on the app. But it doesn't have that tracking option. Only that I need to call the store. When I call the store, they don't answer, they hang up, and when they do answer they put the phone aside... They continue talking to their friends on the side. Very disappointed.
Actually if there was an option for no star I would give them just that. I placed an order at 18:37 and I never got the order. I kept calling and was told that the "manager" will call me, taking my numbers twice. But nobody called. I don't even want the food anymore just my money back. Won't ever use the app. It's a total waste. Couldn't even track my order cause they know they full of nonsense.
I ordered an item and it wasn't working. I had to return it twice but still it wasn't working. I then gave up and asked for a refund. In an original payment method. They choose to credit me. I'm so angry and disappointed. I never said I wanted credit. Now I have to wait days before they refund me when they could have just done the right thing from the beginning.
