I placed an order with this company through their website since that is the only way to order. I paid for 3to5 days delivery. Up until this day they haven't delivered my order. No communication on WhatsApp, they don't pick up my calls, they don't communicate through emails. My R330 is gone. If they can't deliver may I please have my hard earned money. I trusted them because I wanted to use their product. Please help to get my money back finish and klaar

When you get a chance, please stay from these people. Since I have made payment for my order last month, I’m still battling to get my order and refund. They lie on their social media platforms, they **** people for their hard earned money and it’s sad

Please stay away from these people. False advertising, since I have made payment and up to this date, I have not received my order and they don’t respond to my emails, WhatsApp texts and they don’t answer their phones. Bunch of ****s and ****mers, I want my R510 from them

I have made a payment with Gains ZA and up to this date I have not received my order. No communication or response from them. You call them, they don’t respond, no response on emails and WhatsApp either. They advertise their business on a daily business on their social media yet zero customer service. Save your money and stay away from them

The worst experience ever made an order on their website on the 26/07/2024 paid for my order, till this day I have not received my order or any communication for that matter... Tried to reach out on social media and emails and as usual no response....and they still continue advertising their business on social media, for them is business as usual...#s#c@*m

Actually 1 star is too much. Product was ordered and payment done immediately. Over a month and no product. Person contacted to advise product was being shipped via Paxi , 4 weeks no feedback, messages not read , no reply.0832183130 advertised on website , tik tok and face book. I asked for a refund , it seems that will never happen. I am thinking I was ****med
