As per 4th request for COC as per invoice, at least I received my Test Report. Pieter (family member and Director Jurgens) did my solar panels installation in March. Both blocked my number and ignore my calls. 5 months later STILL NO COC received!!!! If I compare with all the reviews on their page, every one applause them BUT HOW CAN I DO THE SAME? I need the COC for insurance purposes. How much longer do I have to wait for COC???
Services get worse and worse and more worse day by day. Two calls today, hold on for at least 8 - 12 minutes, requested breakdown of schedule. Promised to send right now, that was 13:20 and a few minutes ago. How pathetic can they be, but quick to take our money!!!!!!!
I am struggling since 10 December 2022 to get feedback from DialDirect - I do want my excess paid back to me.
