This company debited money from my account without my knowledge nd I didn’t sign up for anything with them and I can’t dispute it so I need my money to be reversed into my Capitec account and the debit order to be stopped
I was offered a pocket router online with 160GB bt all to find out there was only 40GB and the router had network issues so when I called customer service they sent me from pillar to post so that the notice period can end in order for me to pay a cancelation fee of 12 000 wch I don't have even now I'm still struggling to have the router canceled.
I app**** online for a pocket router which was supposed to be 150gb bt I only got 30gb now everytime I call the customer care they send me from pillar to post. Now I want to cancel it and they demand R12000 cancelation fee but I didn't even serve a notice period coz I received the router via courier on the 10th of June 2024.
I fixed money with them but then when I went to the bank to put in a notice for the money to be withdrawn they told me the account was blocked due to *****ulent activities on the account. They put me on the phone to call the head office and was told to wait for 2 days for a call from them but nothing. Every time when I go to the branch it's the same procedure I even tried to talk to the branch manager it's like they don't care.
