I had a very unpleasant experience with GIB Insurance Brokers, starting from when I submitted a claim in mid-December 2024. Despite the long wait, I am still awaiting feedback on my payout. The first issue arose with my tax directive. It was not submitted until I followed up, and even then, it was submitted incorrectly. This caused further delays, and I found myself constantly having to chase down updates. To date, I’ve sent numerous emails requesting feedback, but all I’ve received is vague information or promises to get back to me—nothing in writing. The most frustrating part of this whole experience has been the lack of communication. I only get responses when I call in, and at each point, I’m told that the issue is still being worked on and that I should wait. The repeated "kicking the can down the road" approach is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. In short, my experience with GIB Insurance Brokers has been far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Their poor communication, failure to handle claims properly, and lack of accountability leave much to be desired.

I have the displeasure of dealing with Renew-it Greenstone for the repairs of my vehicle, and the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. It took them two weeks just to conduct a secondary inspection on my vehicle, a timeframe that far exceeds any reasonable expectation in today's service industry. To add insult to injury, the incompetence displayed by Renew-it Greenstone was astounding. Not only did they fail to order the correct parts initially, but this blunder led to further delays in obtaining a replacement part. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism and attention to detail that is appalling. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication throughout this ordeal. I was left in the dark, with no updates provided unless I proactively reached out for information. It's as if customer satisfaction and transparency are foreign concepts to Renew-it Greenstone. Every step of the process seemed to take longer than the already stretched timelines they had provided. It's as if they are deliberately testing the patience of their customers and pushing the boundaries of what is acceptable in terms of service standards. In retrospect, one is better-off fixing their own vehicle than having to take it there, and I advise any customer to ask for an alternative if your Insurance insists on taking your vehicle there
