Not happy
Have been with Vodacom since the beginning, almosr 30 years and had nothing but bad experiences with them, almost like a disease that you cant get rid of. Their call centre staff is *********** and lies as long as they can sell you an upgrade or more contracts. Wrote to customer care, phoned cancellation with no success, paid for two contract for far more than two years that was impossible to cancel, trust me I tried everything, was lucky to get hold of Carla at the regional office to sort things out and hopefully get my money back.

False advertising of their lemon cream biscuits.small little dried up blob of cream in the centre not covering a third of the biscuit, bad quality
