Everything I asked was done and the service was explained. Will defiantly recommend Moreleta Service Centre. Professional and affordable service.

Poor Customer Care Service
I phoned to cancel my itemised billing that I never asked for. Asked them twice in store to cancel but apparently they are just not equipped or just too lazy. Dialling 08135 and going through the menu to speak to a "Champion" are not user friendly as my enquiry could not be handled through all the options. It takes forever and a day to talk to a champion selecting, and listening to the options. After reaching a so called champion I felt that the service is very poor and I had to explain more than once for them to understand why you phoned in the first place. The level of service it not what I expected. Will not recommend MTN to anyone. It is not even 1 star worth.
