It's now nearly 7 weeks and I'm still waiting for a call from Skye Tv in Wynberg regarding my decoder that need to be replaced due to them not having stock for weeks.
Very poor service I'm on a list for replacement decoder due to no stock. (5 Weeks now). Stock was sent to them I wasn't contacted as was promised. Saturday morning I phoned and I was told that I can bring the decoder to change but when I arrived at the branch same story no stock I was actually taken for a fool by driving all the way there for nothing. Staff don't know how to speak to customers.
