I have odder a sensor from online car parts week later till thise day never received my sensor or even a email only a proof of payment that was send via email I have call them and spoke to a guy that told me they wil refund me and XOLISA are just bussy on a call she wil call me back 5 days later no call no email no refund Send them WhatsApps and emails no response call them no response I hade to go and buy a sensor for my client somewhere else I have the proof of payment and the confirmation letter that I pay the sensor on the 6 of March 2026 today is the 18 if non refund are done I'm taking the matter to court and will sue for ****eges and lost of income for the days that I must waste to attend court louis99davis@gmail.com
We have taken a dstv price lock contract each and every monht we have to fight for our accnt to be on the right prices we even ask last month march to downgrade we payd over R1500 to get it done then our accnt show R0.00 that we thought oky from now on we gone stop stresing about fights for our account 2weeks back it show R1888.00 we were like what the hell and ask a live chat agent and they say no dont worry it will come down becus of system failures . Today i check again its still R1888.00 and went to live chat and agend say we own dstv R700 and something i ask agent how can that be becus i payd account up to R0.00 and they say i must pay the R1888.00 now its more expensive as before ....
