Worst service received from this company. It’s almost a week now with no internet connection. I keep calling and getting passed around from Connect to Fibre to Go it’s so frustrating with no clear indication to when the internet connection will be resolved. I paid for interview connection only to sit with no internet and no ETR!!!!!!
Bought this Famous Red 5+ 16/1GB 5.7" Dual Sim 3G Only Smartphone and it was delivered damaged. Upon returning it back to Take a lot, they told me the return was declined because the bar code does not match their bar code, apparently , seems like I've swoped the phone & returned another one. 5 mails later, no positive response, its like I'm talking to a bot ..
