Poor Customer Service
Paid in full for installation and COC . After 3 weeks still await installation after No- Show on planned installation date, not answering phone calls nor WhattsApp . They need to improve their planning and communication

Poor online purchase service
Attempted an online purchase direct from shoe manufacturer but Google search engine diverted me to Made by artisan … ordered and paid for shoes, 3 weeks later still waiting for shoes. Phoned them but got unsatisfactory feedback and still no cer*****y of when shoes will be received… poor communication and service. Will not be dealing with them again !

Excellent service, prompt, on time no delays. Easy to renew vehicle licence and also process any traffic fines
