Worst insurance policy
Worst insurance and taking advantage of Vulnerable pensioners. Trying to find loopholes when you claim even when all documents are submitted. Poor services.

Poor customer service
I ordered lamp lights on 15 April 2025 and delivered was supposed to take 5-12 working days, no communication regarding a delay. I had to call and write an email. Only then I received an email that my order was dispatched on the 30th of April. 12 working days have passed and I received no apology whatsoever. My order is estimated to arrive on 7 may, that’s almost a month of waiting. I’m definitely not ordering again.

Disappointed with the service at DSV
My package was set to arrive to 25 April 2024 and when I saw it was getting late. I called and they **** and said the driver was trying to get hold of you the whole day. My phone was never off, nor have a received missed calls or an sms from the driver. I have been receiving calls today with no connection problems. When I was trying to express how disappointed I am with their service, they hang up on me. I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from a courier company before and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
