Excellent customer service, and definite improvement, last time I got quoted it took 2 weeks, this time, less than 2 hours
Mildly "OKAY" experience, call to have rates done but the sales agents have no idea what's going on, luckily I got put through to someone who could help me out
Always dealing with canceled or late orders in my area, look I don't blame the business as a whole but honestly wish they actually had drivers with a sense of urgency, waited 2 hours for my food only to be told my order was canceled, and to top it off app says the bad weather will delay deliveries, yet it's not even raining, if overcast affects your deliveries in certain areas, maybe you should reconsider the staff you hire. Luckily I had a refund but got store credit, you request your money back you need to wait a week but they're very quick to process payments that they take from you
Pleasantly surprised by the service I recieved, unfortunately action panelbeaters beat their quote but I honestly cannot choose from the two, waiting to see who insurance approves

Definite improvement of customer service, well at least for me , super friendly staff, very helpful quoting department, seems like action panel beaters have finally started working on their ethics and professionalism, Jamie in the front desk was very helpful and very inquisitive about the details he needed from me to get me quoted , management i believe his name is Cyril sends feedback very quickly , definitely hope insurance approves them, workshop is always clean, staff greet politely. an all round pleasant experience to say the least
