A great online purchases company to deal with
I've been using Takealot.com for many many years. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience with them. We buy weekly from Takealot.com and they are reliable and efficient with their deliveries and after sales service.

You guys need to do better
My overall experience was disappointing. Staff are, overall quite abrupt and unhelpful. Parcel delivery was delayed by 3 days because they kept going to incorrect address, even though the driver has been to my house before. I will however give a shout out to Junaid in customer services who helped me finally receive my parcel.
