I have been receiving emails from Makro since i wrote here, they even sent me an email with a document that says my refund was processed successfully. I have not reviewed the money it's past 3 weeks. I am very disappointed in makro. This is very sad because i need a new laptop with my assessments due at school and everything nothing is helping. Makro is just not helping too
I bought a laptop online, recieved an email that I'm being refunded there is no stock. I have been calling for days for my refund they say they will escalate the matter, or say they will call me of which they never do. As a student that desperately need my money to buy laptop i am frustrated. Makro is failing me as a customer. I call them everyday and till today i am not refunded. Terrible service it's just pathetic how i have to call them everyday
