Bad customer service given by Kabelo and Albert on Wednesday. I wrote an email about the bad service that i received but they never called me back. As I was promised that after 6 months they are going to review my policy but I realized that it was an empty promise so disappointed 😞, it was also so difficult just to speak with a supervisor but they are working under supervision of which I failed to understand 😕. I strongly recommend customer service training to their staff members. I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth.
I bought a car cash, ford ranger double cab 4x4 from mc motors in klerksdorp 31 September 2024. The next day it was leaking oil underneath it was towered to the dealership. Change of ownership was not done. I reported them to MIOSA the ruling was that they must pay me back my money but their attorney refused. I paid them full amount and i don't have the car. In their reviews they said 0 cars was returned what about mine. klerksdorp is a very small town where by people know each other and they eat with each other. My case is just dragging it's been 14 months now.
I was referred to mc motors by professional Dr, I trusted him. I had a very bad experience ever, my case is still on the process. I bought a Ford ranger double cab 4x4 for my mom cash. I collected the car Saturday 30/09/2023. I went home to show my mom, on my way back to Klerksdorp they called me, they said my mom passed away I had to go back it was on the 01/10/2023💔 😢 😭. On my way back the car made a strange sound then I pulled over to check, oil was leaking underneath. I called Funnie he was the person that helped when buying a car at the dealership. The car was towered. That time it was were I needed it most, Ok Fine after the funeral I went back to the dealership I told Funnie that since my mom was no more and I didn't know what was wrong with the car, I don't need it. I want my money 💰 back. Change of ownership was not done. I only had that car for 24 hours.After some few months Funnie called me they wanted to negotiate... I refused I reported them to MIOSA, the report was that they must pay me back my money. I am still fighting for my money with their attorney. My lesson was listen to your instinct never trust a person and if you want to buy a car go to the known dealership like Toyota, Ford or BMW....
I took out this cover for my mother hoping that it was going to help her one day but I was disappointed 😞. This cover doesn't cover for everything they have to be specific. My mom consulted a Gp he said they needed to do some further investigation in hospital he wrote referral letter, I called flexicare to find out what is the procedure they told me that if she went to private hospital I have to pay for everything. My mom went to government hospital there was no doctor to assist they said she must come back the following week. That weekend my mom was having difficulty in breathing hoping that she will be fine until she passed away 😔 😢.
