Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I am still without wifi now 7 days since reporting an issue. You will get a bucket full of apologies but nothing gets done.

Horrible service.......
Horrible service....internet access is not a luxury but necessity and you need a provider that has this appreciation. Imam now day 2 without internet and i work from home and have kids online schooling. But in 2 days no contact from an allocated technician. It is ridiculous

Poor customer service of the Investec travel team
Investec travel is the most disappointing provider one could ever bother with, they make promises on the phone and don’t deliver Their after hours team have no interest in doing much, ask for a quote and your chance of getting it are as much as your chance of winning the lottery. I don’t even know why they bother

Paid in R24l in full for rails and they ran off and moved address; never got the goods and have been given one excuse after the other. I am happy to meet with a group that wants to take action against these people; we can use social media and tv to expose this and put a stop to it if we get together. The wife works for bidvest and she could be exposed in her workplace as well. It is all wrong and it must stop. They must be stopped.
