I complained about being given the wrong meal online. They gave me a reference number to go collect a free meal at KFC New Road South and I was assisted by a lady call Kedi. Man she was really kind and helpful. Got my order right and I didn’t have to wait for long, instead everything was ready when I got there. She gave me a free drink and chips. I received an exceptional service from her
A technician was supposed to have been sent to come and install fibre at my place,however no one came and there was no communication whatsoever. When I tried getting hold of them,they said that the technician said that my house was under construction so they couldn’t do their job. I don’t know where they saw that when no one came
