I complained about being given the wrong meal online. They gave me a reference number to go collect a free meal at KFC New Road South and I was assisted by a lady call Kedi. Man she was really kind and helpful. Got my order right and I didn’t have to wait for long, instead everything was ready when I got there. She gave me a free drink and chips. I received an exceptional service from her

On two separate occasions — January 2025 and July 2025 — I placed orders online while at work: January 2025: I ordered a Streetwise 2 with a Coke from KFC Midrand Mall. July 2025: I ordered again (this time from KFC New Road, Midrand). In both cases, the same problem happened: I placed my order and monitored it being assigned to an Uber Eats driver. The system kept updating me that the driver was “on the way,” and I waited between one to two hours. Just when I thought the driver was about to arrive, I suddenly received an SMS saying my order had been cancelled — with no explanation given. I was told I would be refunded in about 7 days. To this day, I have not received not even my refunds for these orders, despite calling customer service after the second incident and explaining that this has happened before. This is not just inconvenient — it’s unacceptable. It is extremely concerning that orders are being cancelled after such long delays, yet the food is already prepared, meaning it likely goes to waste or is returned to the store. I can’t help but wonder how management allows this to keep happening without addressing the root cause. I would like: My outstanding refunds processed immediately for both January and July 2025 orders.Confirmation of what actions KFC will take to prevent this from happening again to me or other customers.

I bought box master zinger option meal for R93.40 on Tuesday 22 April 2025 after the easter weekend holidays at 15h31. The fries were so old and of poor quality that I had to throw them away, the saddest part is that I did not check them while I was still at the store since I had to wait for more than 15 minutes for my order to be ready just for one meal. I could not even return them because it's on the high way. I am very confident that those fries where left overs from the long Easter holidays. What poor quality food. I am disgusted by you KFC.

imagine being extremely famished and placing an order with the hopes of getting your order as it, only to find items missing order?!!! I am so defeated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now i have to eat one piece. total disregard of consumer service. i mean, i paid for this this order and delivery and you guys only had one job, one simple job - deliver what i paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought the all in one meal with 6 pieces, 2 sides and coleslaw. With and additional R30 paid for 4 rolls which i did not get. Customer service and paying attention to orders seems to be a problem at this KFC. Getting home dishing up for people and being inconvenienced like this is not on, now what? Should we be wasting our petrol going back to a store for what they should have made sure is included in our order.
