1st for Women is a Complete Day Light *******. I have attempted to change my address from a 63km drive per trip to work which amounts to 126Km per day on the busy N1 Highway from a township that is notorious for crime and especially highjacking at gun point to an address where I now travel for 3.5Km per trip in a security complex with cameras and access control and yet they are increasing my insurance with the condition that the first increase difference they will debit it today. There is less risk for accidents, zero traffic and it's not the rough high crime area that Atteridgeville is. The condition is that should my premium remain the same the access increases by R2050 which will make it R15 000 when it is already R12 950 which is already insane for the type of car I drive and my profile. If you ever want to regret in life choose 1st for Women!!! The Consultants are not at all helpful from Linda Mabuda to Leanne Rampersad!
Mellins i.Style is such a **** 💩 for a business. The Woodlands Boulevard branch have sold me a poor quality Jimmy Choo frame that had cost me R5000 for frame alone and amounted to a little over R20 000 exclusive of eye test. Now their frame is broken on the right temple and they refuse to fix it. I have been told to email a picture for assessment, they concluded it's not by manufacturers fault however they have not bothered to assess them in person. I was taken from pillar to post told about manufacturers and head office whereas it's their store that handled it. For the exuberant price they charge their frames are utter nonsense to say the least.
I bought box master zinger option meal for R93.40 on Tuesday 22 April 2025 after the easter weekend holidays at 15h31. The fries were so old and of poor quality that I had to throw them away, the saddest part is that I did not check them while I was still at the store since I had to wait for more than 15 minutes for my order to be ready just for one meal. I could not even return them because it's on the high way. I am very confident that those fries where left overs from the long Easter holidays. What poor quality food. I am disgusted by you KFC.
Delicious fish and chips Atteridgeville close to stadium sells nonsense for food. Yesterday at around 16h27 I bought large chips and four fish for R159.00. It was takeaway and made the mistake of not checking while at the store they might have well served me dog feces because what they served me was utter bull shi*. I had already wasted my money and petrol and I couldn't drive back. See me buy anywhere besides Nandos in Atteridgeville kill me because wow...Maybe they should just close down because they are wasting our hard earned money
Can no one...never fall for the **** of "If we can't beat your insurance then we will give you R500/R1500" It is such a ****...they require you to do an hour long quote, when you are done they require proof from your current insurance and when you sent them they do not want a summary cover but a full cover which have your Vin numbers and engine numbers...under the current POPI Act. Why should I give away such sensitive information when you clearly do not need it as you won't be covering me due to your crazy premium quotes (which are almost the price of vehicle installment). Ai no the marketing strategy is a waste of our valuable time, it does not in anyway respect POPI Act as I have no idea why you would need such sensitive information and who handles the email on the other side. This was their sms after the link process was done: OUTSURANCE Good day Please forward the following documents in PDF format to promotion@out.co.za . A full policy schedule from your current insurer. Please note, this document should not be a summary/quotation or older than 30 Days and has to prove that you had existing cover for more than 30 days prior to obtaining a quote from Outsurance. Friday 27th October 2023 I ordered a meal from KFC Empire Road Parktown, while I was informed on their app that I should receive the order in 30 minutes I patiently waited for the online order that was nover delivered. After the approximated time another sms came in confirming that I receive my order of which I did not receive it. To think that was stressful enough I called customer care line and I did not get help as I got redirected. I then decided to go to KFC Empire road as I orderd from there. When I got to the store the shift supervisor Kea told me to call customer care line despite having told her that I called them and as I did not get help I to the store...she went ahead and called them and put me on the line yet again with them. Kea failed to tell me or even show me the driver they claimed delivered my order to me and they assumed i have given my order code to. I then spoke to Buhle Mazibuko and Thando from KFC customers care line who were so rude and unhelpful basically unwilling to assist me with my query expecting me to walk away from a lunch order that was approximately R110 after the inconvenience of waiting and then going to Empire KFC out of my busy schedule. It was only when I was about to log into Hellopeter that Kea the shift manager gave me my order and explained to Thando that any reviews will reflect negatively on Empire road branch. What an unpleasant experience I had, to think I have been supporting KFC for years and I have been order online over different provinces when I travel and to get such treatment when I bring a problem to thier attention has left a bad taste in my mouth!
I am satisfied customer assisted by Maduvha and Lefa to adjust my policy based on my current needs under this Covid-19 pandemic. I was close to changing my insurance all together but they managed to retain me as a loyal and and satisfied customer. I am happy guys. Continue the Great Work.
