This has to be one of the worst hospitals I've been to. Not sure why i even went there when they couldn't even attend to my son's needs. Imagine a nurse on duty whispering in a nother language thinking we can't hear or understand what they're saying and stating "we disgust or irritate them" when asking for a change of sheets. This nurse is Nkateko and she was on duty on the 10th of February 2026, you can't work such a job and not want to do what you're assigned to do. People are clearly in wrong professions, she must something else that won't irritate her, love what you do so you don't go around taking your frustrations At the wrong people. I'm disappointed abd disgusted myself at the staff at this hospital and would never recommend anyone to go there.
Why does vour deliverv team not specify exactly what time delivery is gonna be made. This thing of clients being expected to sit and twiddle thumbs waiting the whole day for a delivery is ridiculous. Now we can't go anywhere cause we waiting for someone not specifying time. Change how you guys do thing please. Delivery companies have a time frame, tell your customers the exact time as we have things to do, can't spend the whole day home waiting for takealot only. Sending messages that delivery will be made anytime before 7pm imagine. This is pathetic.
Very disappointed with the order i got at pizza hut carlswald lifestyle, i ordered a small pizza with mini cheese grillers and the cheese grillers are not fresh at all and they're dry. May they please show respect to us as customers. I don't anyone would leave the comfort of their home to buy food that looks like it's from days ago and was just kept warm. This is unacceptable. Thanks for spoiling my daughters evening. I wish i could load a pic of these because wow.
I'm not happy at all about PNP asap It's over 2hrs that ny order was accepted and it still hasn't been attended to. I've sent an email to the customer care service and tried calling their customer service line and no one answers, airtime and my time wasted. What kind on nonsense service is this. Deliver my order or give me my money back. The stupid app doesn't even have an option to cancel an order, we have no choice but to let the damn store deliver good we need to use now whenever they feel like it. Order numer is: 23047201. Very disappointed

Bought the all in one meal with 6 pieces, 2 sides and coleslaw. With and additional R30 paid for 4 rolls which i did not get. Customer service and paying attention to orders seems to be a problem at this KFC. Getting home dishing up for people and being inconvenienced like this is not on, now what? Should we be wasting our petrol going back to a store for what they should have made sure is included in our order.
I can't believe how much airtime I've wasted only to get messages from all this companies contact numbers that call transfer failed. I'm stuck almost out of electricity and there's no one available to assist us with issue. I bought electricity using my banking app and did not receive the two tokens to update my meter, been trying to resolve this issue with no one available to hlep. What must happen now?
Been trying to purchase electricity for the past 3 days with no luck, just tried buying again and i was sent a token that has no units to load. What must happen. How can something so important not be attended to as an emergency. I work from home and how is that supposed yo happened without electricity. As if we don't have enough to deal with from eskom and now 3rd parties that are proving to be useless at this point. This is ridiculous to say the least.
I've app**** for a loan on the 21st of December 2023 for which i sent multiple emails & called the contact center to still have no assistance whatsoever. Yesterday i got an email stating my application has been cancelled, I've app**** for a new loan with the frustration yet again that it will also take more that one day to fulfill & get cancelled again. Does boodle not care that doing many applications affects our credit scores? I've never had such poor service ever since using their platform but of late, they've dropped the ball so bad. Very disappointed.
I don't know what disrespect this is to us customers but buying from the checkers 60 app seems to be a disaster more than anything. Why would anyone in their right mind pick an item that is clearly rotten to deliver to a paying customer. If this is the standard you're giving to us using this damn app then it's time for us to shop elsewhere. I bought a few items and this is not the first time and the Wyke farms red leicester full fat hard cheese has white mould all over it. Are we clients ordering items from the app being sold out of date items while those going directly to the store have fresh ones because they're clever enough to go and pick feesh items for themselves. Checkers is losing the ball at this moment. For a loyal customer i am. I'm very disappointed. And they also have a habit of not giving you your refund for such if something was bought on special. Don't take us for fools.
