Absolutely appalling service
🚨 Super disappointed with Santam Insurers! 😡 Insured my laptop for 20 years for R20,000 and now they're shortchanging me. Claiming for a problem and they offer R12,999 for a laptop that's end-of-life! 😤 Checked with iStore, no stock available anyway. Feels like they're just playing games. Investing in insurance with them was a total waste. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. 👎They ***** your money

Best hotel best service
Excellent Service from Moegamat. The cleaning staff friendly all round and very accommodative. The front desk was super efficient. Location is perfect. Rooms and beds were clean every day I know when my bed was cleaned. Wow! Food top of the range.

Very disappointing service with cars and staff
*Disappointing Experience with Euro Cars* I've had the misfortune of dealing with Euro Cars I've encountered the same frustrating issue with faulty wiper blades. The lack of quality control is concerning. The most recent visit was particularly infuriating. After waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. It took us swapping 4 before I finally got a car that was in working condition. However, the supervisor's attitude was on top sooooo unprofessional and unwelcoming. Given the repeated issues, I'm questioning the reliability of Euro Cars' vehicles and their customer service. Unless they revamp their quality control and customer service, I'd advise others to think twice before renting from them.
