We booked a holiday at Qunu Falls Lodge in the Drakensberg. The unit was outstanding. The service at the lodge was 5 star. The manager at the Lodge is hands-on. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and a great pleasure to meet.

INTERCAPE BAD BAD BAD
I think a 1 star is too much. There service is very bad. I bought a ticket from Pretoria to George through one of there agents for my sister. I paid the ticket and then they refused my sister to get onto the bus. Apparently a mistake by the bus driver. That was in February 2024. I am still struggling to get my refund. The previous time I made used of Intercape the front window was taped with duck tape to keep the rain out. They knew about this window before there departure from the depot.

QUNU FALLS LODGE
Tranquility, excellent service, clean, hands on staff. I had a wonderful week at the Qunu Falls Lodge. The waterfall is a must see. The route to the waterfall is not very difficult. All the staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The manager is always around and approachable. I will definitely recommend this resort.
