Worst experience ever!!!!
Worst experience ever if I could give zero I would. The toilets stink the drivers are rude, check ins is confusing, we standing in Bloemfontein for almost 30 mins with no explanation. All we here is a mix up with passengers seems like a logistical problem however you have to guess because the driver doesn't tell us the clients we here him in a wrestling match over the phone...worst worst *******

Worst hospital service in Pretoria
We are currently admitted, the paediatric ward if filthy, the bathrooms are not cleaned the basin is clogged I've informed the attending staff who seem not to be bothered. My son's bedding hasn't been changed since we arrived. The sleeper couch I utilise is broken . When asked if I may get another couch I'm told the hospital is full. When enquiring as to when doctor will be available they say his busy attending to several hospitals and is the only attending doctor and that the ward is full. The attitude of the nursing staff is horrible as it this is a public hospital. I cannot wait to be discharged from the horrible place. Negligence and unprofessionalism.
