Horrible Inhumane Estate Agents!!!!! Horrible Service
Only rating 1 cause I cant find 0!!! Horrible service from Margaret Brink for Marx & Bester Albermarle. I gave 30 day notice to vacate the place on December 31st because of electricity issues that the complex was having where we are now on day 4 without power and I need to Nebulise my child everynight!! She casually tell me no you have to wait for January because we are going on Holiday!!!!!!!! No consideration for people lives and only interesyed in taking money from people and providing horrible living circumstances!!!!!!!

Unprofessional Service
Unproffesional Service right through. You get there for an an appointment, no one acknowledges you, the receptionist Male is unptpffesional and chit chats instead of working and there is no courtesy to even say please wait while we help others then you can come through!!!! Unprofessional and not sure why companies use them for their recruitment, creates a bad candidate experience!!!

Bought a program at a promotion at a mall and later decided I am no longer interested in the aivscriprion, never opened it or used it and requested thatbtheybstop debiting my Bank account and they agrees. 10 months later I realised that bevause I paid R50 foe the USB Stick at the mall using my credit card. They have been secretly and *****ulently debiting my credit card WITHOUT my permission, fo months for a service theu agreed ro cancel!!!! Bad , ********* company!!!

*****ED BUSINESSS WITH UNFAIR PRACTICES!! BEWARE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU CANT USE THE CAR!!!!!
This company cancelled my contract based on payment when money was in their account and then refuses to pay me back my instalment but my contract was cancelled by them because i short paid my instalment by R1600. They have no customer courtesy, they immobilized my car without notifying me although I had partial paid them on the arrangement date!!! Now they are keeping my R5000, I can't use the car, my contract was cancelled while I Have paid for the Month without a logical explanation!!!! Reffering to a clause that was not even attached anywhere!!! Bunch of ******...I want my Money!!!!! Since I am not using your car!!!!!!!! GIVE MY R5000 BACK!!!!!!!
