I am extremely frustrated with the poor service I’ve received from Bestmed. I have been without medication for 4 days now, and despite multiple calls and promises of assistance, my registration remains unresolved. I’ve spoken to several consultants (Lindiwe Moyo, Seraki Molele, and Kerry van der Byl), none of whom have provided a clear solution or timeline for finalizing my registration. Supervisor Hayzel promised to call me back, but given that they will be closing at 5pm, it’s clear I won’t be hearing from her today. Despite repeatedly explaining that I am out of medication, no one has escalated my case or taken any meaningful action to resolve it. This lack of urgency and professionalism is unacceptable, especially when it concerns my health. I demand an immediate resolution of my registration and the prompt delivery of my medication.

I have never come across crocks like people at Bruce panel beater, they were suppose to replace damaged parts on my vehicle but just painted it with different colour and light not well aligned dents everywhere 🤮🤮🤮🤮
