dental
I had to wait a whole year to be able to use my dental plan, when I spoke to the consultant I explained every little detail about my son's wisdom teeth and that I want to remove all my teeth, and she promised that the platinum plan will cover everything, after waiting the whole year and took my son for his wisdom teeth, I had to hear oh no they can't remove the bottom one's because he will need to go to the ER....I did explain everything from the beginning and I was told otherwise, now when I have to go for my teeth and obviously you will need an ex ray to be taken. now I'm told oh no we don't pay for that also, after I was told Platinum cover will cover everything...I'm highly disappointed and so angry, after waiting a whole year to be taken for a ride like this, if I paid privately for my son's teeth it would've cost me so so much cheaper and I could've removed the bottom one's all together, they just wasted my time and A LOT of my money I highly do not recommend Affinity at all, they just cheat you in taking their **** and hides very important details that costs you even more money at the end of time and then you can't even fix your teeth like it should've been done
