Horrible customer service,capitec funeral policy is a ****!!!!!I made a claim on Monday for my niece amd only after i had gone to the branch today to find out what’s the hold up on the payment im being told that the claim is under investigation for *****,
Capitec has decided that my niece does not deserve a dignified burial.Capitec is a scarm!!!!

Mcdonalds Hillcrest Durban bad service
Im a regular at @Mcdonalds Hillcrest as i work close by to the franchise. Two days in a roll the food was not so good and i excused it coz its busy days(month-end) .. today i ordered n waited nothing and apparently the food went back coz they couldn’t find the table number. Lerato who works there has a bad attitude i didnt confront or fight about the food but she was the one who actually lacked people skills

Durban branch home affairs a real circus
To say people pray for jobs and when they have it they seem to forget. Durban branch affairs is a circus and it shows how they treat people coming in for assistant as clowns. The worst thing is that these services are paid for but you need to beg them . Its 8 they just opened already have given us bad attitudes now the system is offline

Unhappy customer
I went with my kids today 2/06/2024 for the first time to watercrest Jump for Joy. I had sent an email to book a slot and i was late for my time 10 mints which i didn’t mind .We will just use the time we still have. So we didn’t get the do’s and don’t we late I understand my fault but when my child jumps at a certain area she is told no don’t do that don’t sit or stand there. Okay thats fine telling someone the do’s and don’t but the manner of approach totally totally poor . He made me even feel some kinder way when I eventually came close to them coz now they just standing .Im busy taking pictures and he wants to keep passing/patrolling just us.
