Spirit of Ubuntu
Staff member went all out I asked for crayons for the little one the staff member who I presume was a manager told me after covid they no longer have papers and crayons for kids, I said that's to bad 10 minutes later we were provided with crayons we were told they went to buy for kid wow! The spirit of Ubuntu is still alive thank you Sisi pity I didn't get your name. Mugg and bean Norwood mall😊

Uncooked Chicken
Today I went shopping at Woolworth Grant Avenue Norwood Johannesburg I bought BBQ chicken got home cut the chicken to my surprise it was not nicely done I went back to the store for another chicken they were still in the oven cooking so I asked the Lady helping me to call Norwood mall and check if the had BBQ chicken she did they didn't have, so I opted for a refund. To my surprise the lady did not even see this as an inconvenience to me as a customer. Customer service was 0 if I were to score out of 10. I felt like I was bothering her for doing her job. No apology for the inconvenience nothing.
