I have been assisted ,over the last five weeks,by three Flight Centre consultants at Cavendish Square Shopping Centre branch in Claremont,Cape Town. The consultants are Shameemah Isaacs,Mornay Carstens and Zoe Jordan. They assisted me in acquiring return flight tickets to South Korea for first week November 2025. Then,due to compassionate reasons,I had to request(with accompanying documents) cancellation and refunding of said flight tickets. I was informed that financial refunding would take place only in about 12 to 13 weeks from now. And it was made very clear to me the valid reasons for delay. I have kept HQ Flight Centre in Johannesburg in the loop about ALL developments and kept email correspondence. I just want to say that Mornay Carstens,Ameemah Isaacs and Zoe Jordan were highly professional,patient,empathetic and explained clearly: when asked questions. I wish to thank all three of them. I highly recommend Flight Centre branch at Cavendish Square Shopping Centre in Claremont, Cape Town

Excellent service: Multidisciplinary Medical Team at Melomed Gatesville

Us retirees from Huis Luckhoff,Rosebank,Cape Town: Attended a gratis Wellness Health Assessment morning at Melomed Gatesville in Athlone from 09h30 till 12h30. In the reception area. We were treated with kindness and empathy by a multidisciplinary medical team. Professional. I wish to applaud the young lady who was Client Service liason officer. She constantly checked in on us and monitored for free flowing medical assessment. I also wish to express gratitude to the hospital administration who allowed transport of six of our retirees from Huis Luckhoff back home to Rosebank,Cape Town. They used hospital transport for transport for six retirees. And our driver brought us safely back home. And he made sure we were safely delivered to our destination

Gratitude for St Johannis Lifestyle Estate

I moved in on Saturday 1 June 2024 to the Independent Living Quarters Bachelor Flat F-05 at Heim Flats. Directly above the Frail Care Centre. I am leaving 31 January 2025. For financial reasons only. But I would like to mention the following persons by name and laud them: Mrs ****bain,Mrs Heike Nel,Mrs Alveena Philander,Mike(head of maintenance),Ms Domingo(Feedem cleaning),Tritan Security officers,Sr Van Niekerk (matron),nursing staff,carers and Mrs Louise Buys. And last but not least: Feedem kitchen staff, including Julie,chefs,Nicolene,Phumla. You all have been caring , empathetic and always put the elderly first. Thank you
