****MERS - DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! You will never receive services from them. I consulted for assistance with my credit profile and paid R7800, the agent who assisted me was Andiswa Mkhize who was exellcent in the process however since July I have not received any services from the company, it’s been a back and forth situation as I was told the matter is in court for clearing of the defaults. It’s been 4 months of *******!!! I wrote a review on Google and with the owners arrogance he told me to send the proof of payment as they don’t have my file on record. I shared the proof of payments and a detailed email to them including the form I was asked to fill. He since has not gotten back to me. They’ve let me down but I won’t go down without a fight I will get that money back. We support black business not because of their credibility but because we believe in their services. I’m a really disappointed client and do not recommend this company to anyone.

Brands Hair Couture Ran Off With My R8500
Realizing that this company is a **** has been devastating. Despite their strong brand and celebrity affiliations, I fell victim to their deceit. After reviewing their specials, I decided to lay-bye two wigs totaling R8500. Initially, their communication was excellent, and I had no reason to doubt them. However, once the final payment was made, everything changed. Delivery dates kept shifting, no tracking information was provided, and I had to constantly reach out to them. When they finally sent a waybill document, the tracking number was untraceable. Each time I followed up, I was met with excuses. As a single parent and breadwinner who values supporting black businesses, the treatment I've received is unacceptable. After enduring two weeks of drama, I am prepared to fight for my money. I hope for a resolution soon, whether it's feedback or receiving the products I purchased.
