I have been ****med my hard earned money hoping to get good quality hair from Brands Hair Courture. I've placed my order on the 30th of Dec untill now I haven't received my order, I was assured to get my order on the 5th of January but till today nothing and when I confront them they make empty promises and keep on postponing dates ! I never thought I'll get such experience because I once bought good quality hair from them around 2022, I think it's now being owned by someone new under the name "Brands Hair Courture" I have requested to get my money back but currently they are avoiding my calls nor responding to my WhatsApp messages. Please don't ever buy from them they are rude and ****mers!!!!

WORST HAIR VENDOR IN SA! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND!!! I purchased a wig from BHC on the 29th of November 2025 and I am yet to receive my order. Ever since the 29th, I have gotten delays and excuses from her and when I tried to reach out via phone calls, she does not answer any phone calls, including ones from police officers. I was meant to receive my order on the 12th of December, however, she created a shipment and sent me the waybill number to track my parcel, only for her to not drop off the parcel for delivery and the shipment got cancelled. When I confronted her via WhatsApp she continued lying and coming up with numerous excuses. She then told me that the order was collected, but due to an error with the delivery address, it sat at the office, which was a lie. After this story, she then told me that the order was now recollected on Monday the 15th of December and will be delivered on Tuesday, the 16th, but the delivery never came. When I asked her for the new waybill number, she claimed that she is on holiday and will give it to me when she gets back to the office the following day... I was livid because she reassured me that I will definitely receive it and I knew she was lying to me. This woman only dropped off the order on the 17th of December, with the earliest delivery date being the 22nd of December, after I told her multiple times that I am leaving on the 20th and therefore, I need the before that day, hence I made an order in November. After sending her multiple messages and voice notes on WhatsApp telling her **** and threatening to take further steps against her, she decided to drop off the order. I am yet to receive it and I told her that if it is not the right wig that I ordered or the proper quality that I paid for, I am taking further steps against her and I will go to extreme lengths for me to get my money back. It is clear to me that she has ****med other ladies before and has gotten away with it and that made her comfortable. She has absolutely no idea who she is up against. I am not the one!!! I urge anyone that wants to purchase from a hair vendor, not to consider BHC. Brandy Ngcobo is ********* and unprofessional and has no sympathy or care in the world for her clients. Whoever was running the company back when it began was doing an amazing job than this lady. She is trash and I will put her on blast and expose her on all social media platforms so that people can be made aware to not make the same mistake that I did. And if there are others out there who haven fallen prey to this with her, please do not let it go. Gather all evidence and take further steps against her. She cannot and should not be allowed to get away with this!

I wouldn’t even give this seller a single star. She is dishonest and does not deliver the products she promises. Please do not order from her—I want to save others from being taken advantage of. She sells wigs that appear budget-friendly but end up being very expensive, because you never receive anything at all. I am extremely disappointed. It’s unacceptable to build a business by taking money from people and never delivering the goods.

I wouldn’t even give this seller a single star. She is dishonest and does not deliver the products she promises. Please do not order from her—I want to save others from being taken advantage of. She sells wigs that appear budget-friendly but end up being very expensive, because you never receive anything at all. I am extremely disappointed. It’s unacceptable to build a business by taking money from people and never delivering the goods.

BHC in Durban is run by a lady called Brendy Ngcobo. Giving her a one star is being overly kind and only because there are no negative stars. The lack of professionalism started with delayed delivery of hair products that would take weeks to a month to arrive, at times she would forget what I ordered and have to ask again meanwhile I’ve beeeeen waiting for delivery for over 2 weeks now. The reason for my complaint is due to the fact that she ran off with my money in August of 2024. I ordered the 14” bob wig, paid an immediate EFT and she (on what’sapp) acknowledged she received my payment and order. 2 weeks later I follow up and she blue ticks me, the next day I call and get ignored and then I WhatsApp again and she finally answered and says she will post the product soon. This type of vague language continued another 2 weeks where I was constantly following up and she kept saying she is on her way to post that day. Somewhere in the 2nd month I asked to come to her offices to fetch the product and she refused claiming the business is only online now since Covid. The following week she once again said she apologises for the delay and said she will go post that day. I then asked her to cancel the order and just send me back my money since she hadn’t posted the product anyway. She ignored my message and my calls but blue ticked it. Into the 3rd month i then asked her kindly to please be ethical and consider my frustration as a customer that I just wanted my product and since she is having a problem delivering the product to please pay me back. After being ignored again I went to the bank and they requested an EFT reversal from her bank, her bank called her and told her that I made a case at the bank for the money to be returned and the response my bank received from her bank is that her accounts are empty and she cannot afford it. After ignoring my messages and not giving the money back, I told her the real truth is that lately I heard BHC is ****ming people and taking money, and everyone is talking about it. I wish I knew this before I placed my order but I am disgusted and disappointed in her. BHC has been a long standing company and Brendy has run it to the ground. I have been their client for a good 8 years (under old management) so this was very frustrating and sad, especially black run businesses that are run to the ground. We aim to support them as black people but we get played. All future clients need to run away !

Worst service ever. I order and paid for hair on the 30th May 2024 to wear on a work function, which the service did not deliver. I had to spend more money to do my hair. Today is the 9th December 2024 and I still have NOT received the product I paid for. I have contacted the company several times, all they do is to blue tick my messages, they don't answer my phone's calls. I'm losing money trying to recover my money from them since I spend data contact them. How do you run a by taking payments and not delivering unless if you running a ****. My R2150 is gone for nothing. All I want is for the company to deliver the hair or give me my hard earned money.

BHC is **** ever since they closed their physical stores and rebranded to BHC Budget. I purchased hair in April 2022 and they gave me quality hair. I made a third purchase in April 2024, DD wavy 24 inch which amounted to R4000, in hopes that I would get the same quality hair as before, only for them to give me hair that’s shedding, that looks like it’s been used before. My R4000 went down the drain, been calling them and sending them whatsapp texts to lodge a complaint, only to be ignored by them. I don’t want to even start on how I had to continuously call them, in order for them to send me a tracking number for my order.. Be on the look out, do not order hair at BHC budget. Also don’t be fooled by their hair specials.
