I have been a client for 5 years and what can i say. Don’t waste your money and time they only care about closing the sale with zero service delivery!! Service is very poor, don't answer calls, don't respond to emails. I called your so called company to give them notice to cancel my fiber subscription end of June 2025,after holding on for more than 15min waiting for whichever individual answers at reception, a voice prompt just said goodbye. So i sent an email, almost a week later still no response!!! I have never received any communication concerning any increase in June or any other. But they are very quick to claim their monies at the end of the month, and send notices reminding you of your short payment after their unnotified increase. I requested proof that a notice was sent to me and yet again received nothing!!! Please people don't bother to use this company!!!! They are useless and *********** to say the least!!!!
This company is the worst ever. They are like vultures, they harass you with emails and SMS's which you pay for even if you are not even defaulting. And don't even try to resolve this with them because then you just get excuses on excuses. To top it all they want to enforce a debit order on me!!! Please just stop with your harassment!!! Have a look at your review score it tells quite allot about your company!!!! RED FLAGS all the way!!!
I will never recommend anybody to Metrofibre, since day one i have encountered problems with them. No client service. Their finance department are useless and *********** to say the least. Cant even allocate payments, very quick to switch off the Wifi without proper communication. And the worst part is that i have paid every month, i even sent the proof of payments to them and still switched off. My daughter was busy with a online test, which she is failing now due to their incompetence. I don't know who is worse Metrofibre or Telkom. I have been requesting them to change my email address since last year, the last statement or communication i received from them was November 2023, they cant even acknowledge your email or change the email as requested. I am cancelling my package with them, 4 years was enough. Thank you for nothing!!
Worst service ever!! You cant complain about the service because there ain''t any!!!
