Dissatisfied and disappointed customer. Product ordered, paid for in full in August but not delivered to date. Sales agent Sbonelo has been made aware of this and I have placed calls to the call centre with no clear answers.

Bought a kiddies tablet on the 23rd of April from Joyful Bliss, I have yet to receive it. They don't respond to emails. They are ****mers.
I bought an IPhone 12 early in March through Pay Just now. It was from the apple guy. It was a birthday gift for my daughter, I gave it to her on the 19th of March. It started giving her problems with the battery, stating that it is not supported. I tried contacting the Apple guy via emails, no response came through. I eventually got their address in Durban and their number, after numerous calls, a lady eventually answered. I told her what my issue was, she said I need to contact the technician and she gave me the technician's number. I've been calling the number it rings and is never answered till it takes you to voicemail. I'm starting to regret buying this phone and spending so much for something that not worth it and a company that doesn't care about its customers.
My sister and I paid for a tour to Mpumalanga they were arranging for the first week of April. After paying a total of R19 500 they canceled the trip on the morning they were supposed to pick us up. They promised to refund us even sent a **** proof of payment over three weeks ago. Up until now the money has not reflected in my account and they have decided not to communicate with us. They are ****mers who are out there to rob unsuspecting people their hard earned money.
