I have received the most horrible service from this company coupled with false statements about my unavailability and bad address. Firstly, how can a parcel that is supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days as per the sms indication, take more than 7 working days. Secondly be met with a false update of consignee being unavailable because on the day of the parcel being supposedly out for delivery (19/01), I waited the entire day but nobody showed up. Mind you the out for delivery sms was recieve after I had contacted the company on 16/01 for a waybill created on the 8th of January. 21st January I called for the second time and the consultant said matter will be escalated but still no communication. 22nd I called several times trying to reach the Durban branch and I was told the matter will be escalated. A lady from the main branch said she will speak to the Durban manager to escalate the matter and get my parcel delivered on the 23rd of January, the same date I have to travel on. Mind you I have to travel to another province from 10am. I kept calling until I spoke to the Durban branch to question why delivery will be on the next day when it’s still early morning and arrangements can be made to deliver parcel same day. The consultant resorted to saying my parcel will be delivered after hours. When I tracked the parcel at 8pm same day, the update states bad address. Honestly at this point I don’t know what to do because this is my license disc and I need to travel on the 23rd to another province. How can I travel with an expired disc?. I have never received such appalling level of poor service. If you cannot fulfil a task, rather not agree to do it because this is ridiculous!!
