If I could give this place a -10 star I definitely would! This was my AMAZING Christmas! So It showed on the app the store is open! I make an order, I pay, my money gets taken, eventually after waiting for how long, I drive there, and the store is closed! They think people have money to play with! This is beyond ridiculously frustrating and unacceptable! I've sent them an email with all the details needed, it's over 3 days later and they couldn't even dare to care and so much as respond to the email! Nevertheless to say refund my money I've lost! I've never ordered from them before and I DEFINITELY won't ever make the mistake to dare make an order with them again!!
This morning I got an sms to say my package is out for delivery. There was said that Buffalo could not deliver my package and I should contact them. I tried how many times to phone them back. In fact I phoned the first time 10mins after they phoned me. AND I smsed the guy a few times aswell. I couldn't answer because I was busy driving on my way to work a.k.a the delivery address. And I'm pretty sure that the delivery guy was the 2nd car infront of me. The driver did not do any effort to just look to the right and see where ALL the cars are going in at, to notice he's at the wrong gate AND on top of it didn't follow the right address...it's as clear as daylight where the right place was, but it's just so much easier for the driver to say "he couldn't make the delivery" especially because that would have meant he would have had to actually drive in, go to reception etc, and since they probably get paid on the amount of deliveries they do a day, it was going to take up way too much of the driver's time, so he just rather said couldn't deliver. Thanks to that, my package Is sent back! Which I already paid for AND paid the tax on, upon the original price! All because of a greedy driver who couldn't even also just answer his phone.

If I could give a minus star, this company would definitely deserve it! I bought a vacuum cleaner where the adverti*****t from the vacuum cleaner was an utter lie!! Nothing about it was actually true, except for the actual size! It said 15000pa suction, the vacuum cleaner wouldn't even suck up a hair! Never the less to say the power! Charges for 4-5 hours and then doesn't even work for 4mins! Then also, when I wanted to go and get my facts straight to perhaps take legal actions, the vacuum cleaner couldn't be viewed anymore...there's no track of the product, just a mgs that says: " sorry this page can't be viewed, they are working on it, the fault is on them and they'll have it fixed soon." I requested a refund. The delivery guy who came to pick up the product, started harrasing me 3 days before the actual arranged date and time! I handed the vacuum cleaner over, a day earlier than the arranged date...makro states in their return policy, 2-5 working days...it's been 7 days later, and no refund, also no response, nothing!! What they are doing is completely against the law! And action should be taken!
