One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Crawdaddy’s Menlyn was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Food quality? Shocking. Value for money? Nonexistent. I could’ve made a better meal at home for less, and actually enjoyed it. The chef couldn’t even cook an egg, I had to send it back twice. Then I ordered a chicken salad and found squid mixed in with the chicken. Disgusting. No serviettes, meals came out at different times, and the tablecloth was sticky and filthy. By the time one person’s food arrived, the other’s was already cold. Completely unacceptable. I give my best at work every day to deliver excellent customer service. The fact that I can’t get basic decent service in my personal time is infuriating. This place has no standards. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend Crawdaddy’s to anyone. There are far better restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
Can your call centre agents please stop harassing me after hours and on weekends to try and sell me your insurance. If I wanted insurance I would have contacted them, but they are so rude and because of your rude agents I would never join or recommend Budget. They get our details from cookies on the internet so *********.
Had a terrible experience with MR D customer services. Zintle was no help in resolving my queries and it was clear that she is not meant to work with customers. Had no interest in providing solutions and whispered over the phone. Very dissapointed with her service.
Had a great experience with consultant Monde Jeffrey Archibald Mnguni, who went above and beyond to assist me with my building insurance. He assisted me after hours and did not rush the process for his own benefit. What an absolute blessing working with an insurer who puts their clients first. Thank you Momentum for your wonderful staff. A big thank you to Monde, you made my day and it was a pleasure dealing with you. Momentum you should give this man a Bells!
Very bad experience with their claims department. They don't have reputable contractors that inspect the claims, they send the cheapest contractors they can find. Then they reject even the smallest of claims without validation, their is no assistance in their claims department and the complaints department could care less to resolve. In short they love doing business when taking your money but not likely to pay when it is their turn, then they rather just ignore complaints and queries rather than resolve.
