Poor service provider,in June 2024 I claimed for my profident fund till today I have not received anything from them
Not happy with their service at all in June I app**** for my profident claim till I haven't got any feedback regarding the claim,I checked with my previous employer and they have been following up with them still nothing.
I don't like this company at all I'm just forced to use it, first of all they owe me my refund, secondly I've placed an order from temu and they requested the duty and vat payment then I paid, two days later they still send me text that I should pay my customs again then I sent them an email with the proof of payment jiki jiki they reply telling me my order has been delivered.
I'm very disappointed with their service, they don't take their clients serious at all. I'm still waiting for my refund, they said my refund was processed on the 29th of May and the money is going to take about 7 days to reflect on my account but still nothing, when send emails to enquire about this matter they don't respond
I would not recommend buffalo company at all, now they don't want to refund me . it's the second time now first I made duplicate payment on a different order still today I have not received anything, and I sent them proof payment on the 4th of April. Now I did send them proof of payment on this missing order still they want to insist that I got my parcel even though skynet confirmed that that my parcel was hijacked.
The service is very poor, I was supposed to receive my parcel on the 10th of May and I didn't so I called the third party (skynet) on the 14th to ask about my parcel and they said it was hijacked.So I called the buffalo company to address them about the matter, and they said I should wait until the 20th they still going to investigate, only for them to sent me an email that says my parcel was delivered.that time I didn't receive anything ,I was still waiting for their investigation feedback cause they did confirm that my parcel was indeed hijacked.Today 21st May I called them again to ask what is their email supposed to mean cause I didn't receive my parcel yoh that agent was very rude she even hung up my call while I was still trying to explain my situation.
