I handed my phone in on 1 July to have the speaker fixed. I was told it would take 24-48 hours. I have contacted them numerous times since then to find out when i will be getting my phone back and all they can tell me is that they are waiting for spares. No time estimate or anything. I am scheduled to upgrade soon but with terrible service like this I am considering going to a different provider. 8410300196089
